Neighborly Giving: Our Technicians Collecting Daily Donations for Food Banks

Every day our dedicated team of technicians accepts donations while visiting customers’ homes. We collect non-perishable donations and deliver the items to the Food Banks on your behalf.

Spot Our Trucks, Share Your Support: Donating Non-perishables for a Cause

If you spot our trucks in your neighborhood, please feel free to give your donations to our technicians and we will make sure they get to the food bank too!

This event is an opportunity for community members and leaders to visit our distribution center to learn more about The Food Bank and the powerful impact we have in nourishing our community.

We were honored to be the presenting sponsor of the 10th Anniversary of Waffles in the Warehouse. An event hosted in the warehouse at The Food Bank of Waterloo Region that puts faces to hunger and raises awareness about food insecurity. This event helped raise over 55,000 meals for those experiencing food insecurity in our community!

How can I contribute to the Fill the Truck Food Drive?

You can help by donating non-perishable food items to our Fill the Truck Food Drive. Our technicians collect donations during service visits, or you can hand them to any of our trucks in your neighborhood. You can also make an online donation to support the cause.

What types of food donations are most needed?

We welcome all non-perishable food items, but high-need items include canned proteins (tuna, chicken), peanut butter, pasta, rice, canned fruits and vegetables, and baby formula. Every contribution helps fight hunger in our community!

Can I donate online instead of giving physical food items?

Absolutely! If you prefer, you can donate online to help provide meals for those in need. Your contributions go directly toward supporting local food banks and ensuring families receive essential food supplies.

What is Waffles in the Warehouse, and how is Aire One KW involved?
