- Products: All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors but will make reasonable efforts to correct them. Full payment is required at the time of purchase for products. - Services: Pricing for services is provided upon quotation or as agreed in writing. Payment terms for services may vary as per agreement.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, and other methods as listed during checkout. For services, payment terms are as agreed.
- Grants and Rebates: We may assist you in applying for government grants and rebates, such as the Canada Greener Homes Grant. The terms and conditions of these programs are set by the respective authorities, and we are not responsible for their administration or eligibility criteria.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
- Products: Orders are subject to acceptance by Aire One KW. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You may cancel your order before it is processed by contacting us at hello@aireonekw.com. Once an order is processed, our Shipping and Return Policy applies.
- Services: Once a service agreement is signed or verbally agreed upon, cancellation may be subject to fees depending on the stage of work completed. Please contact us to discuss any cancellation requests.

- Our technicians will provide a quote before commencing work, except in emergency situations where immediate action is required.
- Payment for services is due upon completion, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our services. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 30 days, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
- Products: Products are sold with manufacturer warranties, where applicable. Details are provided with each product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aire One KW disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
- Services: We warrant that the work will be performed in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
